Were you diagnosed with cancer between the ages of 15-39 and are now over 18 years of age? We want to know how COVID-19 has impacted you.

Having a diagnosis of cancer is already tough. At a time when everyone is struggling through a global pandemic, adding on a battle or recovery against cancer can make things even tougher - especially for adolescents and young adults. If you or someone you know is going through this, we would like to hear about it.

A new survey titled Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on Adolescents and Young Adults with Cancer in Canada is being lead by researchers at CancerCare Manitoba and the University of Manitoba in partnership with Young Adult Cancer Canada so that adolescents and young adult cancer patients across Canada can share their COVID-19 experience with us. Every piece of information will help us better understand how the health care system can support these individuals.

If you are eligible for this survey and have the time to complete it, we would greatly appreciate your time and insight. If you do not qualify but want to share information about our survey with someone you know, or through social media, we would appreciate that too.
