Mask Use and Protecting Immunocompromised Patients

On May 10, 2023, mask and PPE requirements will be lifted in most areas within the Manitoba health system. Please note that a more gradual return to normal is being taken at CancerCare Manitoba facilities.

To continue to protect our vulnerable immunocompromised patient population who come to us for cancer care and treatment, patients, companions and staff will continue to wear masks in all patient care areas.
