Human Resources

The mandate of the Human Resources Department is to provide support, consultation and guidance to managers/supervisors, bargaining agent representatives and employees to ensure effective delivery of Human Resource programs; to monitor the effectiveness of Human Resource programs; and to plan and design changes with management and employees.
