Help for Family & Friends

Our counseling staff is available to you as well, either on your own, or with the person who has been diagnosed. Even if he/she is not interested in counseling at this time, our services are available to you because we know that this experience is having an impact on you as well.

Although patients and families have many similar feelings, there are also issues and experiences that are unique to each. Your relationship with one another may have been just as you would have wanted it to be, or things may have been a little rocky prior to the diagnosis. Or your relationship may change - or you may fear it will change - as a result of the diagnosis.

Whatever your circumstance, we invite you to call for an appointment to meet with a member of our staff. There are also some support groups and programs that are designed specifically for family members, and others that are open to both patients and families. Also see Current Programs.
