TellEveryWoman aims to create a conversation about Pap tests and believes there is a greater chance for women to understand the importance of Pap tests for the prevention of cervical cancer if the message comes from someone they trust and care about. TellEveryWoman 101
- EDUCATE yourself about HPV and the importance of regular Pap tests by visiting TellEveryWoman.ca
- GET a Pap test every two years.
TellEveryWoman in your Community
- TELL the women in your life about the importance of Pap tests.
- POST TellEveryWoman posters in your community.
- ORDER CervixCheck bookmarks and distribute in your community’s mailboxes.
- BRAINSTORM about how to reduce the stigma of HPV and act on your ideas.
- RECRUIT a group of women and host a presentation using the Reduce Your Risk video and toolkit.
- ORDER a CancerCare Manitoba Screening Display and accompanying resources and set it up at your workplace, in the front foyer, or at a health fair.

- Most women diagnosed with cervical cancer have never had a Pap test, or have not had one in more than 5 years. TellEveryWoman.ca
- Most cervical cancers can be prevented if women have regular Pap tests with follow-up for abnormal changes. TellEveryWoman.ca
