CancerCare Manitoba (CCMB) manages your personal health information as set out by the Personal Health Information Act of Manitoba. Your information is collected and placed in the CCMB Health Record and Manitoba Cancer Registry in electronic and/or paper form.

Your health information is protected and helps us to care for you, deliver, monitor, evaluate our programs of care, and assist us in research and planning related to healthcare and other uses authorized under the Personal Health Information Act. CancerCare Manitoba cannot disclose personal health information without your consent, unless allowed by law under the Act.

You have the right to view your health information, request copies and request corrections.
