How to Become a Bone Marrow Donor
Our office often receives inquiries asking us about becoming a bone marrow donor. The unrelated bone marrow donor registry is run through the Canadian Blood Services. If you are between the ages of 17 and 50, and are interested in becoming a bone marrow donor, you can log on to The Canadian Blood Services web site for more information. The web site contains an information package for potential donors, and also online registration forms to help you get the process started should you wish to enter onto the registry. |
